Kianna Leader
Kianna is a dedicated campaigner with experience in the charity sector and philanthropy, where she has consistently worked to amplify young peoples’ voices in spaces where they have been historically excluded.
She studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at university which ignited her passion to want to make change.
Most recently, Kianna led campaigns with young women as part of a UN initiative to establish Leeds as the first women-friendly city in the UK. Additionally, she has collaborated with national youth voice collectives and Black and racially minoritised young people to ensure their perspectives are prioritised in grant-making processes.
